What data we collect
Only the data you send us yourself through the contact form: your full name, email address, company name and phone number (if you enter them), the selected topic and the content of your message.
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools, and it does not load content from other servers.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.
Who else has access
- Hosting provider — hosts the website and receives messages from the form.
- Email provider — the email service that receives the messages.
These service providers may be located outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. They process data only on our behalf and within their contractual data protection obligations.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to carry on any further cooperation, and no longer than two years from our last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Just write to us at info@mathema.ba.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
